DDG Essentials – Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 14-day return period in accordance with EU consumer law.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@ddgessentials.ie with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (if marked as final sale)
- Personal care / hygiene items if opened

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or faulty items:
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email support@ddgessentials.ie within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
