Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy - EU Consumer Rights
At Division Development Global trading as DDG Essentials (RBN: 757468, www.ddgessentials.ie), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period:
The 14-day period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal:
1. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding extra costs if you chose express delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal.
2. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
3. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you inform us of withdrawal.

5. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
6. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Exceptions: Custom, personalized, perishable, or sealed hygiene goods that have been opened are not eligible for withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
This does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
