Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At DDG Essentials (Division Development Global - RBN 757468), we currently do not offer subscription, recurring payment, or try-before-you-buy purchase options.

All purchases on www.ddgessentials.ie are one-time purchases.

If we introduce subscription or other purchase options in the future, you will be able to cancel as follows:

1.  How to cancel: Email support@ddgessentials.ie with your order number and "Cancel Purchase Option" in the subject line before the next billing cycle.

2.  Timing: Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment/payment.

3.  Refund: If you cancel in time, you will not be charged for the next shipment. Please see our Refund Policy for returns of already shipped goods.

4.  EU Right of Withdrawal: This is in addition to your 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase under EU law.
